Just amazing, i understand why some people think this sounds like yelling and the scream is irritating, but this is just the most amazing singer in the world at this moment! If I was there.. well i hoped i'd survive it(A)

people don't understand why she did the scream.. this performance is a TRIBUTE to james brown, so she was trying to imitate his singing style, movements etc. she actually studied james brown for this performance, so she knew what she was doing

The scream puts some people off. Not me, of course, because I find it to be a representation of how she put her heart and soul into the performance. Those that prefer for singers to follow pre-established rules of what constitutes musical beauty will probably dislike the scream. Of course, there's nothing wrong with liking it or disliking it.
