Visit Climbing the Ladder. Music: Embrace - "Nature's Law" A model professional who plays hard for all 90 minutes. He never backs down from a challenge, and has the injuries to prove it. A true role model for the kids. This compilation has goals from his time with the USA national team, in England, and there's even two from his time in MLS with the Columbus Crew. The two injuries are vs Italy a few weeks ago and vs Mexico in the 2/28/2001 qualifier in Columbus. I only wish I had more clips of him bleeding (there's a lot!).

hahaha, an american legend plays for an relagation team, and to hear people call him a legend, pfff. i'll consent he's an american legend, but don't call him, 'the best'. small european and african countries produce better players, like the netherlands and ghana. van persie, van nistlerooy, sneijder, van der vaart, huntelaar all play the same position but are way better. unfortunatly this is a sport americans will never be able to dominate.

Yup.. gotta give him props.. he gave 110 percent every game.. If only Donovan, Johnson gave half of what he did for the national team.

I whole heartily agree with you. Brain McBride represents everything a American footballer should be - Brave, determined, intelligent, humble and of course skilled. Tell me there is not a correlation between McBride coming back in spring of '08 and Fulham not getting relegated. I just wish he would have stayed at Fulham for one more season. Imagine what the Cottagers could be doing with his goal scoring this season!
